I can actually be aware of the state of my body and health in real time to predict my cycle based on actual data and act accordingly, which I personally didn’t know how to even approach and 2. The importance of how multiple systems in the body work related to one another and the real impact for example of gut and liver health on the cycle. I learned how it’s all connected and that one thing affects many others within the body
